Cincinnati Abnormal Research Experiences (C.A.R.E.) was established for helping those in need with possible paranormal experiences. The founder, Rich Walker has always had an interest in paranormal activity. His decision for creating our group was based on his personal experiences, his willingness to help others, and to further investigate the unknown or unexplainable. Our mission is helping clients in discovering the truth to their paranormal experiences, utilizing a scientific method. We understand the discomfort one may have dealing with these types of situations. Our main concern is to help our clients during the investigation process. Our philosophy is to provide the client with a professional investigation using quality minded professional people who respect the seriousness of the situation, and of course the privacy of our clients. Investigations are performed FREE of charge. We do not charge any fees at all for our services. Cincinnati Abnormal Research Experiences is a registered trade name with the Ohio Secretary of State.
